Sorry to hear that, my uncle passed away on March 1 of last year. He was a surrogate father to me, but as I saw his life slip away right in front of my eyes, until he entered into a comma and 7 hours later was pronounced deceased, I can´t say I regret having been there until the very last moment, harsh moments granted but he saw his loved ones there with him right to the end. And in all that bad thing we had some strange quality moments.
