How do you manage screen time for yourself?
Managing screen time is a non-issue for me. I budget my time like money. Needs come first, then wants. The internet is a tool for my use, not my taskmaster.

I only sit at my computer for “screen time” (not work time) after I’ve accomplished everything I need to do for the day – errands, paperwork, housework, etc. I’m behind with reading and catching up with blogs right now, but sometimes that’s the way it has to be.

I know! I used to follow over 100 blogs, and I tried to comment and interact with all of them. Some days, it took HOURS.

Screen time those words made me stop and think for a moment and well I spend a lot of time staring at a screen, my laptop of a morning when I am blogging, my tablet when I am playing games and the TV when I am watching You Tube so a lot of time looking at a screen but I do not turn the TV on till around 10am and that’s five hours after I get up. I still do the daily household jobs and if people think I spend too much time looking at a screen so be it, this is my life not theirs and I will do what I want to do without guilt

I’ve cut way back on screen time but still can get caught up in endless searching or shopping, better said window shopping. I miss the old days when department stores decorated their windows for Christmas. That was a huge treat for me and granny.
