What’s the thing you’re most scared to do? What would it take to get you to do it?
I don’t like heights. An elevator with glass sides gives me the willies. There’s no way I would willingly go out on a ledge unless someone I loved needed a rescue.

I am scared of opened heights, I can’t stand next to a railing and look over, going out on a balcony is difficult if the balcony is wide enough and I can sit close to the door I am ok, there have been escalators I couldn’t get on, a glass lift wouldn’t bother me as it is enclosed

Same here! I experienced some very frightening situations due to my fear of heights. But believe it or not: The first time being at the Grand Canyon, I was so filled with wonder and awe that I stood only a foot away from the gap (no fence) with 3000 feet down, and there was no fear at all. The second time was the same. But I was a easily panicking seeing my middle son standing right at the edge. He does not know any fear from anything … he drove me nuts.

I’ve had the same experience. Fear for your loved ones is a totally different thing.
