You wanna talk about “ancient wisdom”?…this proverb is enough to stop a clock with its truth. ;-)

  1. I don’t want to take anything away from my cousins the Irish but don’t forget the Welsh please.
    Welsh: “Benthyg dros amser byr yw popeth a geir yn y byd hwn.”
    Translation: “Everything you have in this world is only borrowed for a short time.”
