She eats right, gets exercise, and has a sense of humor. The rest of her long life is probably due to loved ones and good genes. She looks great. :) — Suzanne

I just love looking at your mom, Linda. She makes me smile :D And her daily diet–are you kidding? The rows and rows of diet/nutrition books in the stores and THAT’S it??? Hold on, I’m gonna c/p <3

Thanksand the diet works. She weighs 127 lbs. one pound less than when she married.

I think the key to your Mums health and happiness is in her right hand. That and her wonderful kids of course. God bless her.

You are right. 2 pieces of fruit a day. I could Give you her diet. 1 piece of drip whole wheat toast with 2 egg whites and one yellow and one orange for breakfast. Lunch 2 servings veggies 4 oz chicken or fish, baked or broiled. Dinner 4 oz chicken or fis, 2 veggies. Snack after dinner, 1 fruit, 1/2 cup oat mail, Tbs trail mix. No potatoes, white rice, concentrated sweets. 2 cups coffee black and 12 oz iced tea daily.
