Very cool! My mother and I walk in the shopping centre and she is excited to point out all the ‘old’ things, she had thought, had gone forever. Especially in dress styles, she used to make and wear. I enjoy her excitement.

Love the women in the ads- they all seem really beautiful- and simple too. I don’t know how to say it but all of them look naturally sexy and not artificial at all.

I did too. Remember when just the right soap could get you a perfect life. I remember my mother saying a friend was “letting herself go” when she went to town without lipstick.

Feeling old – I remember most of those, including Madge the beautician! What about “I dreamed I went dancing in my ???? bra?” (can’t even remember the brand!)

We buy Palmolive somewhere, at BigLots… can’t find this brand anywhere else. We love the scent but it dries the skin. We use Palmolive to handwash undergarments, lol.
