Thanks Linda. I think I have to shut out the news and reduce twitter time. I know this is going to sound bonkers but I think the trump administration is triggering dissociative episodes.

More than that Linda, it’s his gaslighting and the way he demands we love him as he destroys us. I don’t know why his cruelty and obvious moral bankruptcy isn’t the only topic of discussion in our country. Then I begin to think, what if we’re too corrupt as a nation to defend our democracy? What if Trump is our real face and the mask is off. That’s when I panic; if that’s true, there’s nowhere to go.

I’ve realized that I need to back away from Twitter. It’s become a madhouse of lies and distraction. I know what I need to do, I know I’m going to Blue, and I will pray that other citizens vote to preserve
democracy and the rule of law.
