My biggest dog is so gentle. He takes tidbits so sweety. He is the typical gentle giant. Once when the power was out, thus,no night light,I tripped over him in the night. He was so upset. He sat stock still and braced me as I got up. Since then, he moves out of my path when he hears me getting up.

I love that – he sounds like a gentle soul. Mine was… but now that he’s 13 he’s a bit more irritable – I think if I tripped over him, he’d air-snap as his way of saying ‘watch where you’re going crazy lady’!!
