Famous

Who is the most famous or infamous person you have ever met?

This is a total washout for me. Before I was old enough to remember, I was taken to a rodeo where Lash LaRue, an old cowboy star appeared. That’s it!

  1. I cannot think of anyone famous that I have met, not something I have ever wanted to do. I wouldn’t want to meet someone famous that I liked and have them turn out to be a right so and so, that happened when one of my sisters met Ernie Dingo he was very rude and she hasn’t liken him since.

  2. An interesting question, Beth, and though you may not have garnered an autograph and/or handshake you did share space with someone famous.

Personally, many moons ago, I heard Jesse Jackson speak at an outdoor political rally in San Francisco in the Summer of 1984 (“Come Alive, June 5”); but my most memorable moment with a famous person (God bless her wherever she may be today) was locking eyes for what seemed like an eternity with Heather Locklear as we walked slowly passed one another on a sidewalk on Figueroa Street in Los Angeles. Talk about being mesmerized.
