What is your favorite drink?
First thing in the morning I fill my cup with lots of ice and top it off with OJ and Sprite. I sip along on that all day, I usually add to it mid afternoon. That keeps me hydrated.

First thing in my morning is a big cup of ice with cold black coffee after a small black espresso. Nothing added. Later, I switch to plain seltzer water or add that to a small glass of pomegranate juice.

I could not drink any sodas like Sprite or Fanta anymore. I don’t know when I had my last one.

I just recently re-discovered Tang. Hadn’t drank any in years. It is quite good really. It is also a good way to painlessly add more water to your system.
