What do you wish you could do more every day?

I wish I could take a nap every afternoon. I have restless legs so I can’t sleep without medication.

  1. I’ve read about more bizarre DIY methods to control this condition! I get it when my body pain is bad enough to keep me in motion instead of keeping me in a huddle. It seems sometimes to be associated with iron deficiency, if you haven’t tried supplementing with that. Also, I learned that our ability to stay still has to do with endorphins and electrolytes ~ a calcium/magnesium/potassium program sometimes helps. Otherwise, there are those who swear by a bar of soap under the mattress at the affected leg….
