Describe a random encounter with a stranger that stuck out positively to you.
I was seven months pregnant with a three-year-old in tow. Glad to be done with the hassle of the busy downtown, I returned to find a flat tire on my vehicle. I was appalled . Poor as a church mouse, I couldn’t have called for help. I must have looked as desperate as I felt. A kind passerby noted my dilemma and changed my tire. I will be forever grateful for his kindness and pass it on at every opportunity.
You know it.

I have loved all the kindness I have received while being homeless and I understand about returning kindness every day.

The word is full of kind people, I remember one day I was crossing what can be a busy road and fell over, a couple of older men just looked at me trying to get up and did nothing, it was three rough looking teenagers who came and helped me.

Hard to believe they just left you there. Glad the young guys looked out for you.

There’s nothing quote like an experience like that, without any money AND with tiny children.

I so totally know. Our public services love to send penniless mothers of young families across town and back on multi-bus Odysseys with waiting lines of several hours at both ends. “No food or drink” while waiting even if you could afford it.

That’s cruel. What about risks of dehydration, young en, and diabetics?

What about ’em? In my rather extensive experience it’s considered a plus if the indigent die or leave town to do it somewhere else.
