How do you practice self-care?

I try to eat right, stay hydrated, keep active, and spend some time in my yard every day. I wear a sunhat, keep my regular doctor’s appointments, and make a point to do what seems right.

  1. I have really gotten an interest in lifestyle medicine so I have been trying to focus on the six pillars, especially sleep and nutrition. I am also trying to do some affirmations every morning and as sceptical as I was, after a few weeks of five minutes with the earphones in listening first thing, I have noticed a real difference!
