What was the hardest personal goal you’ve set for yourself?

Losing weight is the hardest goal I’ve ever set for myself. It occupies my mind constantly. Finally, I am enjoying some success.

  1. Before I talk about losing weight…I AM JUMPING UP AND DOWN because my beautiful HUMMINGBIRD bag arrived…..To say I Love it is a huge understatement!! My computer is being strange at the moment. As soon as I get things up and running, will send you photographs. A huge thank you my friend….and yes we are so much alike – it’s uncanny:) XX

  2. Congrats! It’s a hard goal but if you think long term vs short term your chances are much higher. I spent almost 2 years losing the weight I wanted but did it without a diet. You can do it! But remember don’t lose to much, you need a little extra as you get older so a sickness doesn’t knock you over. That sounds crazy but you know what I mean.

    • You are absolutely right. I am losing about 1 1/2 -2 pounds a week. When a person has a catastrophic health event the first muscle that breaks down is the diaphragm. If you have a bit of a cushion you have a better chance of survival.
